Dr. David Moll, LL.M.

David Moll is a partner at Brehm & v. Moers' Munich office. He advises media and technology companies primarily on IP and media law, particularly on copyright and unfair competition law as well as on personality rights. His work includes supporting clients in complex judicial and extrajudicial disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, providing strategic advice, and advising on IP and media law issues in transactions. Furthermore, he advises stakeholders in the art and cultural sector on matters of commercial law, property law, copyright law, and cultural property protection law.

Mr. Moll has been working in the field of IP and media law since he was admitted to the bar in 2015. Before joining Brehm & v. Moers in 2026, he worked as a lawyer in various international and national law firms.
